How ordering works

Build your bag, then pay Minnie’s directly with Zelle and send your order details so the payment can be matched to it. This website does not take card payments and never charges you. Your order is confirmed by Minnie’s, not by the website.

Shipping, pickup and returns

Pickup in Aurora, Colorado, or shipping arranged with Minnie’s when you confirm your order. Any shipping cost is agreed at that point and is not included in the bag subtotal. Seasonings are food products: if something arrives damaged or wrong, contact Minnie’s and it will be put right.

Ingredients and food allergies

Product images are supplied brand artwork. Complete ingredient lists and allergen statements are on the jar, and should be confirmed with Minnie’s if you are ordering for someone with an allergy. The Fish Fry label lists wheat; the Backwoods BBQ label lists soy, wheat and anchovies (fish).

Your information

Your bag is saved in this browser when browser storage is available. It holds only product IDs and quantities, and never leaves your device. A catering request you send is stored by Minnie’s so it can be answered, and holds what you typed into the form. This site has no newsletter signup and no advertising trackers.

The hosting service may process ordinary access information to serve and protect the site. Opening Facebook or Zelle takes you to those services, whose terms apply there. Clear this site’s browser storage to remove your saved bag.

The digital office

The office is the owner’s private workspace, reachable only with a sign-in code sent to an approved address. It holds Minnie’s own business records, such as catering inquiries and contacts.

Catering arrangements

Availability, menus, pricing, deposits, cancellation terms, guest-count deadlines and service arrangements are agreed directly with Minnie’s. Sending a request does not confirm a booking or reserve your date.
